Wanderly allows the public to create, upload, publish, and explore city tours that include text, photos, audio, and location-based information. By using the platform, you accept these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Wanderly may be used without an account, but by uploading content you confirm:

• You have the right to upload the content
• You agree fully to these Terms

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of your uploads. By uploading, you grant Wanderly a license to host and display your content.

4. Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all content you upload.

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• You follow copyright and privacy laws
• Your uploads follow the Content Guidelines

5. Allowed & Prohibited Content

Allowed:

• Your own photos
• Your own audio recordings
• Your descriptions and text
• Public places, buildings, streets

Not allowed:

• Copyrighted images or audio
• Nudity or sexual content
• Graphic or violent content
• Faces of people without consent
• Illegal content or hate speech

6. Moderation

We may remove any content that is unsafe, illegal, inappropriate, or violates these Terms.
